Case Studies
A look at how I've helped founders and teams reclaim their time, delight their customers, and build operations that scale.
E-commerce Founder
The founder was drowning in 200+ unread emails daily, missing supplier deadlines and customer inquiries. Their calendar had double-bookings weekly and important meetings were slipping through the cracks.

Home Kitchen & Meal Delivery Business
CloudMita Cookery was running its daily kitchen operations from scattered notes and chat messages. Tasks were written down but never tracked, nobody clearly owned a step, and the team only found out something was finished by asking. There was no visibility into what was up next, in progress, or actually done.

Excelerate Internship Program — Team 9
Team 9 had twelve members spread across different time zones, all researching different parts of one Week 1 deliverable: a full platform, business model, market space and competitor report on the B2B marketplace Pepagora. Contributions were arriving in different formats with no shared structure, no record of who committed to what in meetings, and no reliable way to see which sections were still missing before the submission deadline. Week 2 raised the bar further: the team had to review the live Pepagora platform through real buyer and seller personas and benchmark it against established marketplaces, which meant turning subjective first impressions into structured, comparable findings a product team could act on.

Consultancy Firm
CloudMita Consultancy was booking consultations manually over back-and-forth messages. There was no single place for clients to see availability, no automatic meeting link, and no reminders — so calls were double-booked, clients turned up unprepared, and some simply forgot. Nobody followed up after a session either, so warm leads went cold.
